Triggered Intent
In Preventive Automation Manager, you can view, edit or delete the preventive automation.

Click
, scroll down and select Preventive Automation Manager from the menu.

Navigate to the Triggered Intent tab of Preventive Automation Manager. All installed Intents are listed here.

Send Email column: You can enable/disable the email alert.
- Click the desired entry under the Send Email column.
- In the Send Email window, enable the Enable email notification when the Network Intent has alerts checkbox.

Enter the email address(es) to receive the notification.

Trigger Event Template column: Whether to enable trigger event template when the Network Intent has alerts.
- Click the desired entry under the Trigger Event Template column.
- In the Trigger Event Template window, check in the box to trigger the event Template whenever the NI has alerts.

Select the event template.
- By default, an event template Default_Preventive Automation Incident is activated.
- To select another event template, click the event template Default_Preventive Automation Incident to open the window Select Event Template with a list of event templates. Select the event template> Click Save.

Automation Name column:
- Click the desired entry under the Automation Name column.
- A Configure Preventive Automation for Intent window will pop up, you can modify the probes and other settings. Refer to Intent Library for more details.

Send Email column: You can enable/disable the email alert.
View Preventive Automation History

Click
, scroll down and select Preventive Automation Manager from the menu.
- Navigate to the Triggered Intent tab of Preventive Automation Manager.

In the Last Modified Time column, select the desired automation and click
. Select View History in the drop-down list.
