Prior to attempting integration with the Jira Cloud system, the NetBrain Administrator has the responsibility to perform a few exploratory configuration details to prepare the NetBrain environment for integration.  In addition to creating the required user account for the Jira Cloud API connection, the NetBrain Administrator may need to work with the Jira Cloud Administrator and/or the Network Operations team(s) to understand how to route incident traffic within the NetBrain platform.
