Single Pane of Glass via Data View

NetworkBrain can retrieve data from third-party systems via APIs and visualize the data through data views on a map. Furthermore, users can click a specific web link on the data view to directly go to a third-party system for drill-down investigations and operations.

  1. When creating a data view template, select the target metric in an API parser and add a third-party URL for the metric. Specified variables are supported in the URL, e.g., $hostname.

  2. Apply the data view template on a map and save the data view.
  3. Click the URL on a data unit of the data view and go to the third-party system (e.g., ServiceNow) to continue to work.
