New Free Quota System within Foundation Module

Some of the features under PA license control are allowed for free trial. Free quota is assigned for each of the features allowed for free trial following the rules below:

  • If daily trial quota is not used up, the remaining quota will not be added to the trial quota for the next day.
  • The trial quota for one feature cannot be used by another feature. In this way, the Triggered Automation features will not use up the quota for manual diagnosis, e.g., manual diagnosis from Chatbot, Self-service Diagnosis from Incident, etc.

For automation features to which PA License control rules apply, the PA license status is indicated by different labels on the UI for customers. The following table describes the three types of PA license labels.

  • Customer has purchased the PA license, and all features can be used without limitation.
  • For some features, the run time information will be displayed as tip information of the label.
2PA License is not purchased and no trial quota is allowed.
  • Some PA features are not allowed for daily trial, and their daily trial quota status is "Not Available", “0 quota”. 
  • Information Tip will appear to notify customer that using this feature required PA license.
3PA License is not purchased and daily trial quota is available.A close up of a logo

  • Customer is using some PA features, and these PA features require daily trial quota (the daily trial quota for such PA features is 24 per day per feature). The remaining daily trial quota or the trial quota used for the feature is displayed in tip information of the label.
