1. Question: When I post messages in the Incident, are there limitations to the size of the posted messages, pictures, or attachments?

Answer: The message size limitations are set as follows::

• The text size is limited to 9KB.
• The content size is limited to 200KB, which contains all the texts, thumbnails of the pasted pictures, and the additional attribute data.
• The total size of all the attachments and pasted pictures is limited to 20MB.

2. Question: After I pinned the message, I could only see the first line of the content of the message. How can I view the full contents of the message?

Answer: You can click the pinned message in the pinned message pane to locate the original one from all the messages in the message pane, viewing the full contents of the pinned message.
