Export Intent Output Maps in Batch

Once the Automation column is added using the Intent Replication wizard or any other method, you can use the Export Intent Output Maps feature that supports batch exporting intent output maps from an intent column containing intent output map. The exported files share the same name as the intent.

1. Go to menu of the Intent column and select Export Intent Output Map.
   
   
2. In the Export Intent Output Map dialog, define the following settings for exporting intent output maps. The number of intents having intent output map to be exported is show in the Export Intent Output Map dialog title.

   
   

   1. Click the Browse button to select a folder of NetworkBrain files to store the exported file.
      
      

   2. When there are too many intent output maps, filter function can help to narrow the scope of exported ones.
      
      

      1. Check the Intent Results with checkbox, then select from Alert/Success/No Status Code to filter intents according to result status. 

      2. Check the Intent Results by the last intent execution time checkbox, then set a time period of find intent results generated during this period.

       

   3. Set the maximum number of exported intent output maps. The default number is '100'.
