Enable Intent Templates for Auto Intent
Power users can enable Intent Templates for Auto Intent so that end users can replicate intent templates and customize the macro variables if it is necessary to create appropriate intent for map devices.

To enable intent template for Auto Intent, complete the following steps:

- Click Add Intent Template from the drop-down menu of a folder (for example, folder Design Check).
- Check the checkbox of the intent templates to be enabled. You can search for intent templates by entering keywords in the Search field.
- Click OK. The intent template will be listed in the left pane.
- Click the intent template in the left pane to view more information and settings in the right pane.
- Decoded Information: View the decoded information, e.g., how intent decoding is scheduled, the last decoding time. You can also click View Decoded Results to see details.
- Description for Auto Intent: Input description for auto intent to indicate its use, function, etc.
- Macro Variables: You can view macro variables definition for the selected intent. To change the macro variables, click the intent name link after Intent (e.g., conf – ACL - extended) to open the variable definition UI to make changes.
