By integrating NetBrain with your monitoring or ticketing systems, the first-responder is armed with instant visibility (via Dynamic Map) and analytics (via Executable Runbook) into the problem area. This is auto-triggered at the instant the alert is created.
Phase 2: Collaborative Troubleshooting
When multiple teams work together (for example Level 1 and Level 2 NOC engineers) they collaborate using a single map URL. All user activity and diagnostic data is saved inside the map so there’s no need to email logs and text files.
Phase 3: Troubleshooting Knowledge Management
After the problem is resolved, a senior engineer enhances the knowledge database with lessons-learned from the event. These lessons are digitized into Executable Runbooks, available the next time a similar problem arises.
