If you forget your password when logging in to your domain, do the following:

1.Click Forgot password on the end user login page. The Password Assistance page opens.

2.Enter your username or email address, and then click Submit.

3.Check your Email Inbox and click the link provided in the mail from the system.

4.Set your new password and confirm. Then click Submit.

Note: If you are not authorized to reset the password by yourself, contact your NetBrain administrator.
