Device Driver is used to define the method of retrieving and parsing device data during live access.

Adding a Device Driver

1.Log in to the Tenant Management page.

2.Select Operations > Multi-vendor Support from the quick access toolbar.

3.On the Device Driver tab, use either way to add new entries in the table list.

Adding entries manually

1)Click Add. The Device Driver Properties window prompts.

2)Enter the device driver name and select a device type from the Device type list.

Note: The Author field is automatically filled with your license ID.

3)Configure a series of driver properties, such as Live Access, and Config File. See Device driver properties for more details.

4)Click OK.
The created device driver is added to the device driver list.
Importing a driver file

1)Prepare a .drv file in your local folder.

2)Click Import at the upper-left corner of the device driver list.

3)Select the .drv file and click Open in the pop-up dialog box. The file is imported into the device driver list.
