To protect the data in the Shared Device Settings from being changed by rediscovery or tuning live access, such as management IP address, Front Server, access credentials, and API plugin servers, you can lock the Shared Device Settings.

1.Right-click the device on a map page and select Shared Device Settings from the drop-down menu.

2.Click Lock and then click Submit.

Tip: To manually configure the Shared Device Settings, unlock it firstly.
