Gapp Center is a self-contained manager that provides you with a comprehensive view of all accessible Gapp files.
Working with Gapp Center
1.Click the start menu
and select Gapp Center. The Gapp Center pane contains the following three categories by default:
▪Built-in Gapps — contains the pre-installed Gapps. This category is accessible to all users but can only be modified by system administrators.
▪Shared Gapps in Tenant — contains Gapps that are accessible to all users in this tenant.
▪My Gapps — contains Gapps that are only accessible to yourself. You can find your private Gapps in all accessible domains under one tenant.
2.Point to a Gapp file and click the
icon to preview it.
Further operations:
1)Point to a folder in the left pane, click the icon to select New Folder from the drop-down menu.
A new subfolder named New Category 1 is created. 2)Rename the folder directly. |
1)Point to a folder in the left pane, click the icon to select Import Gapp from the drop-down menu. 2)Click Add Files on the pop-up page and select the target Gapp files from your local folder. Click OK.
The selected files are displayed in the table list. If the destination already contains a Gapp file with the same name, the Overwrite check box will be auto-selected to overwrite the existing Gapp file. 3)Click Upload. The import status of each Qapp file is displayed. 4)Click OK. |
1)Click a folder in the left pane and then point to a Gapp file. 2)Click the icon and select Export from the drop-down menu. 3)You can specify the export location based on your needs. The default file location is C:\Users\<your username>\Downloads\. |
1)Click a folder in the left pane and then point to a Gapp file. 2)Click the icon and select Save as from the drop-down menu. 3)Rename the Gapp, and select another folder in the Gapp Center to save it. 4)Click OK. Tip: The original Gapp file will not be changed.
