Each context action groups a runbook template and a data view (or data view template) that corresponds to a specific context. When you Predefine a Network Context, the context action is required for each context.

To predefine a context action:

1.Click the Start menu and select Context Action Manager.

2.In the Context Actions dialog, click All Actions node, then click New Action in the drop-down menu.

3.In the Action Details dialog, enter the action name and description, select the target runbook template and data view (or data view template). Then click OK.
