For subscription license, the License Model is divided into three sub-modules: Foundation Module, Network Module, and Function Module.
As depicted in the above diagram, the Foundation Module still applies to the traditional network devices, while the Network Module can be further divided by various emerging network technologies. Each Network Module has its own independent license counting method and is no longer converted to a Node License through Ratio.

To make the license definition more flexible and suitable for more customers, two modes are provided for the license:
▪Separate Pool License Mode: Under this model, the traditional node and all Technologies use a separate pool to calculate the number of nodes.
▪Universal Pool License Mode: It is a newly added License model. Under this model, the traditional node and all Technologies use a unified pool to calculate the number of nodes. New customers are recommended to use this new license model.
