1.Click and select Intent-Based Triggered Automation.

2.Click the Static Diagnosis tag to view all diagnoses.

3.Select a diagnosis, click .

You can:

• Edit, Delete and Test the diagnosis.

• Export the diagnosis to a local file.

• Duplicate the diagnosis, which will create an identical new diagnosis.

oTo export all diagnoses, click .

oTo import diagnosis from a file: click> click Import Static Diagnosis … > select a local file in the pop-up window.
