Associating a Layout Template with Sites or Device Groups

Note: Only the users with the Map Layout Management privilege can make the association.
Note: The association only works on the layout of L2 and L3 pages of site maps.
1.Click the start menu 
and then select Map Layout Manager.
2.On the Layout Association tab, associate a sample map or layout style with site or device group maps.
1)In the Site Maps column, expand the site tree from the My Network node. 2)Select the site names you want to associate with the same layout template or sample layout. Note: Only the maps of leaf sites ( 3)Click Select to select the target sample map or layout style from the drop-down list. |
1)In the Device Group Maps area, click Add Row to add an entry to the device group list. 2)In the Device Group Map column, click Select to select a device group. 3)In the Associated Layout Style column, click Select to select the target layout style or sample layout. 4)To associate another map with layout style or sample layout, repeat the 3 steps above. |
Each time the site or device group maps are updated manually or via Benchmark task, their layout will be updated with the associated layout template.
