Harvest Alert can enable the following two types of automation when the Flash Alert or the Network Intent (NI) Error Status Code occurs:

•Send Email Notification: send Email notification to the specified Email address(es) at the time of event so the first response engineer can take immediate action.

•Trigger Event Template: generate an incident (optional), create a map, and execute a Runbook template (optional) automatically to capture the time-of-event data and facilitate troubleshooting collaboration.
