1.Open a map and create an incident by clicking the icon.

Note: If the map has associated an incident, clicking the icon will directly enter the collaboration session. Alternatively, you can create a new incident from the icon.

2.Define the incident's basic information, such as title, brief description, and location.

3.Click Save.
