Note: To change the automation type for an existing automation, you must remove the existing automation first and then add a new one.
4.Define the notes to explain the purpose of the automation. The notes will be displayed above the arrow link between the Flash Probe/Hypothesis and the Automation in the Decision Tree.
5.Click the hyperlink to define the target device for the CLI Command.
The Install Recommended Automation provides the following four types of target device variables:
▪$this - the selected device in the Decision Tree. It is a default setting for CLI Command.
▪$all_device – all devices in the map. It is a default setting for Runbook Template.
▪$this_nbr – the selected device in the Decision Tree and its neighbor devices.
▪$device_group - all devices in a specified device group.
Tip: Since Network Intent already defines the target device, it is shown as pre-defined. The Runbook Template only supports $all_devices.
6.Once the steps above are completed, the relationship will be displayed accordingly in the Decision Tree.
