Configuring Email Suffix Allow List

To automatically approve user registrations from a specified enterprise or email domain, you can add the suffix of the email domain to the allow list of the system. As a result, these registration applications will get auto-approved and users can continue with their account activation.

For example, if you want to auto approve user registrations from @netbraintech.com, do the following:

1.Log in to the System Management page.

2.In the System Management page, select Email Settings > Email Suffix Allow List.

3.Click New Email Suffix and configure the following settings:

1)Enter netbraintech.com. in the Email Suffix field.

2)Assign user rights, including access permissions and user roles.

Tenant Access — select one or more tenants to assign access permissions to the user accounts from the netbraintech.com email domain.

Domain Access — select one or more domains to assign access permissions to the user accounts from the netbraintech.com email domain.

Domain Privileges — click Assign Privileges to assign more domain privileges to these user accounts by role. See Share Policy for more details.

4.Click Submit.
