Exporting a Network Change Task to Word

You can document a network change task, including definition, device data and node results, in MS Word.

1. Open the target change management task, click the  icon and select Export to Word from the drop-down menu.



2. In the Export to Word dialog, define the export settings: 
   1. Modify the document name if necessary.
   2. Specify the location to save the document.
      

   Note: You need to save the Word document in the NetBrain system first, and then you can download it to your PC.

   3. Select the nodes and results that you want to export.
3. Click Advanced Setting to modify content. In Advanced Setting, you can modify the exported content and change the Word template.   

 

Tip: You can include Action Notes and \ Description in the exported Word document. Those two options refer to the following section:





4. Save your modification and Click Export.
