As Network Tasks are executed on a Dynamic Map, the Runbook is automatically populated with nodes and results that can be accessed by any other engineer, which enables them to share maps that contain the exact steps performed by previous engineers, reducing duplication of efforts, and creating a sharper focus to the nature of the problem.

In addition, once users create runbooks for specific processes, they can save those runbooks as Runbook Templates as recommended actions to share their expertise with other engineers and departments, empowering junior operators to work more independently. In this sense, NetBrain helps make knowledge executable by encoding employee expertise into shareable documents that anyone can rerun on any network.
