Migrate Data for Front Server

The monitoring variable and timer probe related data are stored in Front Server. When the Front Server/Front Server Group setting changes in a device’s Shared Device Setting, you need to migrate the data to the new Front Server/Front Server Group to ensure the data for the timer probe and monitoring variable is complete.

Note: Front Server must be connected to the Front Server Controller during the data migration task.

Follow the steps to migrate the data to the new Front Server.

1. Log in to Domain Management Page.
2. In the Domain Management page, select Data Accuracy Resolution from the start page.
3. Select Data Migration Tasks from the Data Accuracy Resolution page. You can view all the Front Server changes listed in this page.
4. You can click on Migrate All to migrate all the data for Front Servers; or you can select a specific device from the list and click on Start to migrate the data for individual devices.  
5. You can export the table as .CSV file by clicking on on the top right corner.
6. After the data migration has finished, you can right click on the selected device and select View Log from the drop-down menu to view the execution logs.
   

   Note: Domain Management privilege is required to access the Data Migration Tasks table; Front Server data migration privilege is required to migrate the data for Front Server.
