Auto-Refresh a Map

With Auto-Refresh is enabled, any changes made on the map will be automatically synchronized to the current view-only map. Then users can view the latest version of the map.

Note: Auto-refresh is only available to the Maps not owned by you, i.e., you don't have editing rights to the map.

1. Open a map you don't have editing rights to the map will be in View-Only mode.
2. Enable Auto Refresh.
   
   

   Note: By default, Auto Refresh is disabled.

3. Click the icon to configure Refresh Settings.
   
   

• Refresh All (Map & Data View)

This option means reloading the latest saved map first and then reapplying the data view last selected to the map when the map is refreshed.

• Only Refresh Data View

This option means reapplying the data view currently selected in the map when the map is refreshed.

Example: If the map owner drags and moves devices on a map to change the map layout or zoom in/out the map, the view-only map layout remains unchanged when the map is refreshed.

• Set the frequency of auto refreshing the map

Enable the check box and then specify the frequency of auto refreshing the map.
