Run Batch Analysis


  1. Open Ticket Analysis for AI.  Click the start menu and navigate to AI > Ticket Analysis for AI.
  2. Upload a CVS file containing ticket data.
  3. Select relevant headers for ticket fields.
  4. Run batch analysis. The LLM will analyze the selected ticket fields, categorize tickets by ticket types, then generate ticket variables, knowledge documents and prompts.
