Defining Device Classifiers

Device Classifiers classify devices based on device types or models. Each classifier uses the same command or system data for Eigen Groups.

1. Click Device Classifiers, then click on + Add Device Classifier.
   

   

Example: Expand the logic to all Cisco devices with HSRP configured. You can create a classifier: device type matches Cisco IOS switch or router; the configurations contain the keyword standby.
