Auto-Refresh a Map
The Auto-Refresh feature, when enabled, ensures that any updates made to a map are automatically synchronized with the current view-only map, allowing you to view the most recent version of the map in real time.

Note: Auto-refresh is only available to the Maps not owned by you, i.e., you don't have editing rights to the map. |
- Open a map to which you have view-only access (no editing rights). The map will display in View-Only mode.
- Enable the Auto-Refresh option to activate automatic synchronization of updates.
Note: By default, Auto Refresh is disabled. - Click the
icon to configure the Refresh Settings.
- Refresh All (Map & Data View): The system reloads the latest saved version of the map and reapplies the last selected data view to the map.
- Only Refresh Data View: The system reapplies the currently selected data view to the map without altering the map layout.
Example: If the map owner drags and moves devices on a map to change the map layout or zoom in/out the map, the view-only map layout remains unchanged when the map is refreshed.
- Set the frequency of auto-refreshing the map: Enable the toggle button, and specify the desired frequency for auto-refreshing the map to automatically synchronize updates.
