The system Hash Tags are generated and maintained by the NetworkBrain system. They can be rebuilt during the system Benchmark if the option Build System Hash Tag is enabled in Benchmark.
You can also manually rebuild the tags in the Incident Dictionary tab by clicking on Rebuild System Tags.
