Search for Incidents

1. Enter one of the following search terms in the search bar:

• Incident ID
• Incident subject
• Incident description

  Note: If you search incidents with the incident ID, fuzzy search is supported. You do not have to enter the entire incident ID.

2. Press the Enter key on your keyboard to start searching. The search results are displayed with the matched keyword highlighted.
3. To view incident details, simply hover the mouse over the incident. You'll notice an "Open" button and a dropdown button. Click "Open" to view the incident, and select "Properties" from the dropdown menu to access incident properties.
     

   Note: The Created Type, Creator, and Creation Time of the target incident will be displayed in the search results.
