Data View Visibility
Data view visibility is not configurable for an incident portal, and portal users do not have Data View options. However, Data View can still be applied to Portal in the following two ways:
- Apply a Data View to a map and then save the map in the system. This data view can be seen in the portal.
- Apply a Data View that is scheduled to run. If the Data View saved to the map is scheduled to run in the system, the Auto Refresh function can be enabled in the portal to update the Data View constantly.
On the Map pane of the portal, you can set the frequency of refreshing Data View and define the maximum number of times to update Data View as needed.
- Turn on Refresh to enable refreshing the map and data view.
- Click the
icon, then set the definitions in the pop-up dialog box. 
Note: The auto-refresh function will be turned off once the number of times of running auto-refresh reaches the upper limit. - Click OK.
