Set Up OAuth 2.0 Client

Google APIs use OAuth 2.0 protocol for authentication and authorization. To allow a client application such as the NetBrain System, you need to set up the OAuth consent screen and then create an OAuth 2.0 client. NetBrain system will request an access token from the Google Authorization Server, extract the token from the response, and send the token back with the Google API.
