Step 1 » View Device Route Table
Select a device, right click to choose Device Data then Route Table to open the Device Route Table Pane.
Cached route table entries will be shown here if live data collection happened before.
Step 2 » Retrieve Live Route Table
Click Retrieve Live from the Route Table Pane to collect live route table data.
Step 3 » Sort Route table Entries by Age
Click Age column to sort the routing table entries by age. Unstable routing entry shows with age of a few seconds.
Step 4 » Verify Route Flapping
Retrieve live route table again.
Note that the ages of these routing table entries have changed, so it proves that these routes did get flapping.
